Instruction No. 2021-I-13 of October 15, 2021 amending Instruction No. 2018-I-11 of July 11, 2018 on prudential documents to be communicated annually by supplementary professional pension schemes
The Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution (ACPR) issued this instruction to amend the annual prudential reporting requirements for supplementary professional pension schemes. The amendment introduces a new reporting template, RC.30.01, specifically for the valuation of real estate assets, aligning with recent decrees on asset evaluation. The changes apply to collections due for periods ending on or after December 31, 2021, with XBRL formatting required for periods ending on or after December 31, 2022.
