Resolution SMV No. 007-2026-SMV/01
The Peruvian Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) issued Resolution No. 007-2026-SMV/01 on April 6, 2026, to authorize the public dissemination of the draft modification to the Regulation of Mutual Funds for Investment in Securities and their Administrators.
