CSSF Regulation No 17-03 of 25 September 2017 on the setting of the countercyclical buffer rate for the fourth quarter of 2017
The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) issued Regulation No 17-03 to formally set the countercyclical capital buffer rate for Luxembourg at 0% for the fourth quarter of 2017. This decision implements the recommendation of the Systemic Risk Board dated 5 September 2017, based on documented indicators showing no excessive credit growth. The regulation entered into force on 1 October 2017 and mandates publication in the official journal and on the CSSF website.
