Guideline on the Preparation and Submission of Reports by Pension Funds Managing Mandatory Pension Funds in Electronic Form - Applicable from 1.1.2023.
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (Hanfa) issued this guideline to standardize the electronic preparation and submission of financial, capital calculation, and asset-liability structure reports by pension funds managing mandatory pension funds. It mandates the use of specific XML and PDF file formats, requires management-signed electronic documents, and aligns submission deadlines with existing reporting regulations. The guideline replaces the 2018 technical instruction and becomes fully applicable from 1 January 2023.
