The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles requires International Business Companies, Foundations, Limited Partnerships, and Trusts to maintain reliable accounting records that accurately reflect their financial position and transactions. These entities must preserve the documents for at least seven years and lodge them in Seychelles on a bi-annual basis, while ensuring continuous availability for regulatory requests. Compliance inspections commencing in February 2022 will enforce these obligations, with sanctions applied to non-compliant entities that fail to provide requested documentation.
