The CNMV measures prohibit the advertisement of these instruments to retail investors in Spain and restrict specific remuneration policies and sales techniques. CySEC urges all relevant firms to comply with these requirements, which apply to all marketing and distribution activities targeting Spanish retail investors regardless of the firm's establishment status.
