2014-07-21 | Règlement BCL 2014/N°17Added
This regulation amends the 2011 statistical collection framework by redefining reporting entities as 'financial companies' rather than 'issuing companies' and expanding the scope to include entities engaged in lending, borrowing, or investment activities. It establishes a balance sheet threshold for reporting obligations, mandates notification within one month of exceeding the threshold, and grants exemptions to entities already subject to equivalent statistical collections, such as credit institutions and insurance companies. The regulation sets an effective date of 1 December 2014 and defines specific transitional reporting deadlines for December 2014 data, requiring submission by 21 January 2015 for existing reporters and 26 June 2015 for new reporters.
