Instruction No. 2015-I-34 of December 17, 2015, on Information to be Transmitted to the ACPR in the Context of Acquiring or Extending Holdings in an Insurance or Reinsurance Undertaking

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued this instruction to standardize the notification procedures required under Articles L. 322-4 and R. 322-11-1 of the Insurance Code for acquiring or extending holdings in insurance or reinsurance entities. It mandates that all such notifications be submitted electronically via the designated ACPR portal using the specific template provided in the annex. This regulation, which entered into force on January 1, 2016, simultaneously repeals the previous Instruction No. 2011-I-05.
