BVI Business Companies and Limited Partnerships (Beneficial Ownership) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025
The Minister responsible for Financial Services in the British Virgin Islands issued this notice to formally appoint the effective date for the BVI Business Companies and Limited Partnerships (Beneficial Ownership) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025. The notice declares that these statutory instruments, designated as S.I. No. 63 of 2025, shall come into force on July 1, 2025.
