The Financial Services Authority mandates specific forms and structures for periodic reports submitted by insurance brokerage companies, reinsurance brokerage companies, and insurance loss assessing companies. The regulation defines reporting obligations, including semi-annual and annual financial and management reports, as well as business plans and audit-related disclosures. It establishes submission procedures via the Authority's online system or email, with offline submission allowed during technical disruptions, and repeals previous circulars on these reporting requirements.
