Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan On making an amendment to paragraph 9 of the Regulation on the licensing procedure for pawnshop activities

This resolution lost force in accordance with the Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 22 August 2022 No. 19/5 "On recognizing certain regulatory legal acts adopted by the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan as having lost force" (reg. no. 3389 dated 28.09.2022).

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan", the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan resolves:

1. Redraft the third paragraph of point 9 of the Regulation on the licensing procedure for pawnshop activities, approved by Resolution of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 22 September 2003 No. 23/3 (reg. no. 1291 dated 10 December 2003) (Bulletin of regulatory acts of ministries, state committees and agencies, 2003, no. 23), as follows:
   "experience in the banking or financial sector of not less than two years."

2. This resolution enters into force from the date of its official publication.
