Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters Act 7 of 2020
The Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago enacted Act No. 7 of 2020 to implement the Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance in Tax Matters. This legislation establishes a legal framework for the exchange of tax-related information between Trinidad and Tobago and other states to combat tax avoidance and evasion.
