The Governing Board of the Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina has issued a Decision establishing the basic features and design of convertible mark (KM) banknotes in denominations of 10, 20, 50, 100, and 200 KM. The regulation mandates that 10, 20, 50, and 100 KM notes be printed in two distinct versions for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska, while the 200 KM note features a single unified design. All specified notes are declared legal tender throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina, with existing notes remaining valid and new designs incorporating specific security features, portraits of notable writers, and tactile indicators for the visually impaired.
