Regulation on the Form and Content of Financial and Statistical Reports of Entities Holding Licenses for Insurance and/or Reinsurance Distribution (NN, No. 142/22)
The Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) issued this Regulation to standardize the form, content, and submission deadlines for semi-annual and annual financial and statistical reports required from licensed insurance and reinsurance distribution entities. It mandates that these entities prepare balance sheets, income statements, and statistical commission reports according to specified annexes, with strict submission timelines of one month for semi-annual and three months for annual reports. Furthermore, the Regulation establishes LEI code disclosure requirements based on cross-border activity or commission thresholds, outlines procedures for extraordinary circumstances referencing EIOPA guidelines, and sets a transitional period ending 31 December 2022 before full application on 30 June 2023.
