ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2024 (S.I. No. 43 of 2024) A NOTICE MADE BY THE MINISTER FOR FINANCIAL SERVICES, LABOUR AND TRADE UNDER REGULATION 1(2) OF THE ANTI-MONEY LAUNDERING (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 2024 DECLARING THE DATE ON WHICH THE SAID REGULATIONS SHALL COME INTO FORCE [Gazetted 22nd October, 2024] WHEREAS it is provided by regulation 1(2) of the Anti-money Laundering (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 (S.I. No. 43 of 2024) that the said Regulations shall come into force on such date as the Minister may, by Notice published in the Gazette, appoint; NOW THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers vested in me, I hereby appoint the 15th day of October, 2024 to be the date on which the Anti-money Laundering (Amendment) Regulations, 2024 shall come into force.
