Decision on Statistical Data and Information that Investment Funds, Investment Fund Management Companies and Insurance Companies Submit to the Central Bank of Montenegro
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to mandate quarterly and annual statistical reporting from investment funds, investment fund management companies, and insurance companies. The regulation specifies electronic submission formats for balances, transactions, and securities analytics, with standard deadlines set at 30 days post-quarter and five months post-year-end. It also establishes confidentiality protections, data processing methodologies aligned with international standards, and a transitional deadline of 30 November 2024 for the first three quarters of 2024.
