Law on Resolution of Credit Institutions
The Parliament of Montenegro enacted this Law to govern the resolution of credit institutions and related financial entities, establishing the legal framework for the Fund for the resolution of credit institutions. The Central Bank of Montenegro is designated as the authority responsible for selecting and implementing resolution actions based on the financial situation and risk profile of the entities under its jurisdiction.
