Circular dated November 22, 2023 amending the executive regulations of the Anti-Money Laundering Law

In Cairo on November 22, 2023, the Head/Chairman of the Board of Bank El Tatweer announced: Following the Anti-Money Laundering Law No.80 for the year 2002 and its amendments, I intend to amend the implementing regulations referred to by the Cabinet decision number 5331 for the year 2023, which has been published on the Central Bank's electronic website (eg.org.cbe.www), where you can view them via the following links: Main Page - Anti-Money Laundering - Related Laws.
