Notice of Amendments to Legislation: October 2024
The Dubai Financial Services Authority Board has enacted Rulemaking Instrument 389 of 2024 to fully repeal and replace the FEES MODULE within the DFSA Rulebook. Following a consultation period on Consultation Paper 157, the finalized amendments incorporate stakeholder feedback and are scheduled to take effect on 1 January 2025. The updated module will replace the existing legislation on the DFSA website upon commencement while archived versions remain accessible for reference.
