Instruction (Historical) No. 22/2021
Banco de Portugal issued Instruction No. 22/2021 to establish the base rate for calculating periodic contributions to the Resolution Fund for the year 2022. The instruction fixes this base rate at 0.057% and applies to credit institutions, investment firms, and other financial entities. It entered into force on January 1, 2022, pursuant to Decree-Law No. 24/2013.
