Instruction (Archive) No. 24/2019
The Bank of Portugal issued Instruction No. 24/2019 to set the base rate for calculating periodic contributions to the Resolution Fund at 0.060% for the year 2020. This directive applied to credit institutions, investment firms, and other financial entities operating in Portugal. The instruction was subsequently revoked on December 31, 2020, by Instruction No. 32/2020.
