Compliance with EBA Guidelines on internal governance of investment firms (EBA/GL/2021/14)
The Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) has declared compliance with the European Banking Authority's guidelines on the internal governance of investment firms. These guidelines apply to investment firms subject to ACPR control under Directive (EU) 2019/2034 as of April 30, 2022. The firms are required to take all necessary measures to ensure adherence to these guidelines in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010.
