This approval fulfills the mandate established in the General Disposition Eleventh of the Regulation of the Organic Law of Public Integrity, requiring the update of unit denominations, attributions, responsibilities, and products. The resolution further mandates the General Manager to submit the approved reform to the Ministry of Labor for validation and subsequent approval.
