Based on the provisions of Article (45) of the Jordanian Banking Law No. (23) of 1971, and in light of the Central Bank's view that it is necessary to add statistical data for regulatory purposes, the following additional data is requested to be included in the monthly reports submitted by bank branches:

  1. The number of branches.
  2. The number of depositors (including individuals and other entities).
  3. The value of deposit facilities classified as:
    • Demand deposits
    • Savings facilities
    • Time deposits
  4. The value of assets lent to:
    • The government
    • The public sector
