Instruction No. 2019-I-29 of December 19, 2019 amending Instruction No. 2018-I-11 of July 11, 2018 regarding prudential documents to be communicated annually by additional professional retirement schemes
The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority issued Instruction No. 2019-I-29 to amend the annual prudential reporting requirements for additional professional retirement schemes. The directive specifically repeals the third paragraph of Section III of Article 5 of the previous Instruction No. 2018-I-11. This amended instruction applies to the financial years of these schemes closing on or after December 31, 2019.
