Regulation on the Form, Content and Submission of Insurance Intermediation Reports
The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan issued Resolution 43/2 to standardize reporting requirements for insurance intermediaries by defining nine specific report forms and their mandatory content. The regulation requires legal entity and individual insurance brokers and agents to submit these reports electronically with enhanced electronic signatures, adhering to quarterly deadlines of 20 days after each quarter and annual deadlines of 90 days after the calendar year. It further specifies precise data fields, operational cost structures, and reinsurance metrics to ensure consistent regulatory oversight across all intermediation activities.
