United Nations (Financial Prohibitions, Arms Embargo and Travel Ban) Sanctions Act 2019

The Parliament of Mauritius enacted this Act to implement targeted sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council under Chapter VII of the UN Charter. The legislation establishes a National Sanctions Committee and Secretariat to designate parties, freeze funds and economic resources, and enforce arms embargoes and travel bans.
