The regulator cited specific areas of concern including the use of outdated application versions, untimely or missing submissions, failure to monitor feedback files, and inaccuracies in reporting codes and amendment fields. CySEC strongly recommends that AIFMs rectify these procedural gaps immediately, warning that non-compliance with these transparency obligations will result in enforcement actions.
