Insurance (Amendment) Act 2017 (Appointed Day) (No. 4) Order 2021
The Isle of Man Financial Services Authority issued this Order to bring specific provisions of the Insurance (Amendment) Act 2017 into force. Certain provisions regarding capital requirements and solvency powers commenced on 30 October 2021 to enable the Authority to make regulations under the Insurance Act 2008. The remaining specified provisions, including those extending capital requirements to all authorised insurers, commenced on 30 June 2022.
