Financial Services Authority Circular No. 3/SEOJK.05/2018 establishes the specific forms and structures for periodic financial and management reports required from insurance brokerage companies, reinsurance brokerage companies, and insurance loss assessing companies. The regulation mandates that insurance and reinsurance brokers submit both semi-annual and annual reports, while loss assessing companies submit only annual reports, all via the OJK's online data communication system. This circular explicitly revokes the previous Circular No. 18/SEOJK.05/2014 regarding the application of good corporate governance reporting.
