CL-2024-025: Electronic submission of applications and requests to the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas – International Operations Department
The Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas mandates that all applications and requests related to foreign exchange transactions under the FX Manual be submitted electronically to the International Operations Department. The circular specifies distinct email addresses for public and private sector foreign currency loans, inward foreign investments, and other general requests.
