Decree of NBS No 8/2019 on reporting by payment and electronic money institutions
Národná banka Slovenska issued Decree No 8/2019 to mandate specific monthly and semi-annual reporting requirements for payment institutions, electronic money institutions, and their foreign branches. The regulation defines mandatory financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss reports, and fraud activity records, which must be submitted electronically via the Statistics Collection Portal.
