SUBJECT: HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PROCEDURES AT THE BCB Dear Sirs/Madams:
The Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) announces that it will receive physical and digital procedures at the Single Window for Procedures (VUT) and Official Contact Channels, during the following hours:
N° Type of Procedures Reception Hours
1 General Procedures (TGL) From 8:00 to 17:00
2 Operation Request Procedures (TSO) From 8:00 to 16:00 In this regard, the following should be clarified:

1. General Procedures
   General Procedures include requests, requirements, or responses to external procedures that may be submitted by natural or legal persons within the established hours.
2. Operation Request Procedures (TSO)
   Operation Request Procedures1 will be received, in accordance with what is established in Annex 1 (Deadline for receiving Public Sector Operation Request Procedures) and Annex 2 (Deadline for receiving Financial System Operation Request Procedures). Likewise, the procedures must be addressed to the corresponding operational area and obligatorily include in the reference the type of procedure (Operation Request) and the description of the operation detailed in the Annexes. 1 This is a procedure originating from public institutions or financial entities subscribed through authorized signatures accredited by the BCB for the execution of financial operations. On the other hand, TSO must have two authorized signatures previously accredited with the BCB2; requests whose signatures do not match the records held by the BCB will not be admitted. The Single Window for Procedures may reject requests when the submitted documentation contains errors in numerical or literal figures, alterations, is incomplete, or does not comply with the established current requirements and norms for carrying out operations. 2 Public and Private Entities are responsible for registering and deregistering their authorized signatures, in accordance with Article 27 of the BCB's Authorized Signatures Regulation approved by RD N° 041/2023, published on the BCB's website.
3. Official Contact Channels for Digital Procedures
   The official email address: tramites@bcb.gob.bo and the WEB portal https://www.bcb.gob.bo/tramites_digitales are enabled as official contact points and electronic channels for the reception of digital procedures. The Administration Management, through the Document Management and Library Sub-management, will be responsible for compliance and corresponding control. External Circular CIEX N° 13/2023 of March 6, 2023, is hereby rendered without effect. Sincerely.
