Instructions No. 15 on the Re-levying of Fees and Commissions for Electronic Banking Services
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Instructions No. 15 of 2021 to formally reinstate standard fees and commissions for electronic banking services across all licensed banks operating in Palestine. This directive explicitly repeals Article 11 of the 2020 health crisis mitigation instructions and Circular No. 2020/191, which had previously suspended or modified these charges. All competent authorities are required to implement the reinstated fee structure effective July 1, 2021.
