Regulations amending Finansinspektionen’s regulations and general guidelines regarding insurance business (FFFS 2020:21)
Finansinspektionen issued regulations amending its insurance business guidelines to insert a new section 2a into Chapter 1. This amendment specifies that for insurance associations granted exemption under Chapter 1, section 19d of the Insurance Business Act, only the provisions regarding insurance classes in Chapter 2, sections 10–13 apply. These regulations entered into force on 01 November 2020.
