Government Notice No. 110 of 2024 THE FINANCIAL SERVICES ACT FSC Rules made by the Financial Services Commission under
Section 93 of the Financial Services Act

  1. These Rules may be cited as the Financial Services (Consolidated
    Licensing and Fees) (Amendment) (Amendment) Rules 2024.
  2. In these Rules –
    “principal rules” means the Financial Services (Consolidated Licensing and Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2024.
  3. The principal rules are amended, in rule 4, by deleting the
    words “01 July 2024” and replacing them by the words “01 July 2025”. 4 These Rules shall be deemed to come into operation on 28 June 2024. Made by the Financial Services Commission on 25 June 2024.
