SAMA Schedule for Submitting Quarterly and Annual Financial Reports
The Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) mandates licensed payment service providers to submit audited quarterly financial reports and annual financial statements in accordance with Article 120 of the Law of Payments and Payment Services. Licensees must deliver quarterly reports, complete with external auditor confirmations, within forty-five days following each quarter's conclusion. Annual statements, also requiring external audit and review, must be filed within ninety days after the fiscal year ends on December 31.
