Abolition of the temporary increase in the maximum limits of cash withdrawals
The document ends the application of the periodic letter issued on July 8, 2025, which had increased the maximum daily limit for cash withdrawals from bank branches to 500,000 Egyptian pounds. The maximum daily limit for cash withdrawal transactions from bank branches is reverted to 250,000 Egyptian pounds for individuals and companies. This change applies as of the date of the letter.
