Instruction No. 2023-I-06 of July 7, 2023 amending Instruction No. 2017-I-24 regarding the submission of accounting, prudential, and other information documents to the ACPR (Banking Sector)
The Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2023-I-06 to amend the reporting requirements for banking sector entities under Instruction No. 2017-I-24. The amendment mandates that specified institutions submit annual information required for the Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment Process and Internal Risk Assessment (ICAAP) report, in accordance with Article L533-2-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code and relevant EBA SREP Guidelines. This instruction entered into force the day following its publication on July 7, 2023.
