Rule · BCRA · 1 Dec 1987 · A 1127
Financial entities must ensure total pre-financing operations do not exceed 75% of their Computable Equity (from Form 2966). For amounts between 50% and 75% of Computable Equity, entities must pledge a special financial asset (per Communication “A” 793) to the Central Bank. Excesses must be repaid first using pre-financing credit recoveries. Entities must also update Form 4028 observations, ensuring pledge declarations are signed by authorized persons with attached powers of attorney. This modifies Circular OPRAC - 1 and replaces specific annex information in Form 2406.
