09-61637802 E-mail address:ted@cenbank.org Our Ref: TED/FEM/FPC/01/21/06 December 28, 2006 TO: AUTHORIZED DEALERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND GENERAL PUBLIC ADDITION OF GRIMALDI CONCESSION TERMINAL TO LOT III OF DESTINATION INSPECTION SCHEME This is to notify all Authorized Dealers, Service Providers and the general public that the Federal Government has approved the addition of Grimaldi Concession Terminal to Lot III for use under the Destination Inspection Scheme.

Consequently, Messrs Global Scan Systems Limited has been granted approval to put up all the necessary infrastructures and commence its operations from the terminal with effect from . January 2. 2007. With this development, the zone covered by Messrs Global Scan Systems Limited as stated in the circular Ref. No.TED/AD/150/2005 of December 28, 2005 is hereby reviewed to include Warri and Calabar Seaports, Ikeja Airport, Grimaldi Concession Terminal and Seme Border Post.

For the avoidance of doubt, the zones allocated to the other Service Providers in the circular under reference remained unchanged.
