Circular No. 10 - Reference No. 6(90)R.M/2000- Additional Condition No. 1/2000 to Modaraba Authorization Certificate - Periodical Statements Aug. 10, 2000 In continuation of this office Circular No. 5/2000 dated April 20, 2000, on the above subject. As per para 4 of the said circular the formats of new periodical statements to be filed by all the Modarabas in terms of Revised Prudential Regulations have been devised and are attached herewith.
2. The details of the statements showing their periodicity and filing period etc. are as

4. The first monthly statement of assets and liabilities for the month of July 2000 may be
filed by the Modarabas within 7-days from the receipt of this letter.
