Adjunct Superintendent Resolution for Conduct Supervision No. 023-2026-SMV/11
The Peruvian Securities Market Superintendence (SMV) imposes a total fine of 150 UIT on EMPRESA AGROINDUSTRIAL TUMÁN S.A.A. for six serious infractions related to the failure to present financial information and annual reports.
