AFP INTEGRA is sanctioned with a fine of 1.06 UIT for the late correction of a material error regarding the record date of dividend distribution, which constitutes a minor infringement under section 3.1 of numeral 3 of Annex I of the Sanctions Regulation. The resolution determines administrative liability based on the failure to correct the important fact on the same day it was identified, as required by the Cut-off Date, Record and Delivery Regulation. A 50% reduction in the applicable fine is applied due to the issuer's voluntary recognition of responsibility submitted within the designated deadline.
