Agreement 31/2022 modifying Article 7 of the Organic Regulations of Nacional Financiera to increase its share capital
Agreement 31/2022 modifies Article 7 of the Organic Regulations of Nacional Financiera, Sociedad Nacional de Crédito, Institución de Banca de Desarrollo, to increase its share capital to $4,500,000,000.00 MXN, represented by 59,400,000 Series A and 30,600,000 Series B participation certificates with a nominal value of $50.00 each. The paid-in capital at the time of the agreement is set at $3,108,161,000.00 MXN, distributed as 66% Series A and 34% Series B certificates. The agreement entered into force the day after its publication in the Official Journal of the Federation on March 3, 2022.
