Agreement 8-2021 (December 9, 2021) Modifying Articles of Agreements 4-2003 and 3-2021
The Central Bank of Costa Rica issued Agreement 8-2021 on December 9, 2021, to amend specific articles of previous regulatory agreements. This decree modifies Articles 2, 5, and 6 of Agreement 4-2003 dated April 11, 2003. It also amends Articles 2, 4, and 7 of Agreement No. 3-2021 dated July 14, 2021.
