Agreement Allocating a 67,164.3680 Square Meter Fraction of the Federal Property Known as Acapulco Convention Center to the Government of the State of Guerrero
A 67,164.3680 square meter fraction of the federal property known as the Acapulco Convention Center is allocated to the Government of the State of Guerrero for touristic, cultural, and sports projects. The state government must cover conservation costs, obtain construction permits, and insure the property, while ownership remains with the Federation. If the property is used for unauthorized purposes or is no longer needed, it will be withdrawn from service and administered directly by the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets.
