Agreement allocating federal property Presidential Hangar to the Secretariat of National Defense, with 127,405.03 square meters of land and 20,164.39 square meters of construction in Mexico City
The Agreement allocates the federal property known as "Presidential Hangar," comprising 127,405.03 square meters of land and 20,164.39 square meters of construction in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City, to the Secretariat of National Defense for continued use in military activities. The Secretariat of National Defense is obligated to custody, maintain, insure, and obtain necessary permits for any construction or modification on the property, while ownership remains with the federal government. If the property is used for unauthorized purposes or is no longer needed, it reverts to the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets for direct administration. The Agreement enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
