Agreement allocating the federal property Casa Leyes de Reforma, 934.00 square meters, at Avenida José María Morelos 43, Veracruz, Registry 30-26721-7, to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit
This agreement allocates the federal property known as "Casa Leyes de Reforma," located in Veracruz, to the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit for the establishment of a museum-like venue to honor and perpetuate the historical memory of the site where the Reform Laws were signed. The Ministry is obligated to cover maintenance costs, obtain necessary permits for any construction or modification works, and may not change the property's use without prior authorization from the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets. Ownership remains with the Federation, and the agreement enters into force the day after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
