Agreement allocating the Federal Property Telegraphic Transmission Central Hidalgo del Parral, Registry 8-5825-9, 700.075 square meters, Hidalgo del Parral, Chihuahua, to the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas
The federal property known as Telegraphic Transmission Central Hidalgo del Parral, covering 700.075 square meters in Chihuahua, is allocated to the National Commission of Natural Protected Areas for use as an administrative and public attention office for the Cerro Mohinora Flora and Fauna Protection Area. The National Commission of Natural Protected Areas is required to maintain the property, obtain necessary construction permits, and insure the asset, while being prohibited from changing its designated use without prior authorization from the Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit. The agreement enters into force the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation and stipulates that the property must be returned to the Institute of Administration and Appraisals of National Assets if it is no longer needed or used improperly.
